Who we are
MA Radar is a tool built to help UK estate agents identify market appraisal opportunities within their existing contact databases. We take data privacy seriously and have designed this tool to minimise data handling from the ground up.
What data you upload
When you use MA Radar, you upload a CSV file containing contact information from your CRM. This may include names, addresses, postcodes, and notes relating to your clients and prospects.
How your data is used
Your uploaded data is used solely to generate a scored and ranked call list for your own use. It is not used for any other purpose.
Where your data goes
To generate scores and conversation openers, your contact data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. Anthropic operates under strict data handling policies and does not use API data to train its models. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Data storage
MA Radar does not store, save, or retain your uploaded data. Your CSV and all results exist only in your browser session. When you close or refresh the page, all data is permanently gone. We have no database of your contacts.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process the personal data you upload. By using MA Radar you confirm that your use of this tool complies with UK GDPR and any applicable data protection obligations your agency is subject to.
Third party sharing
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party other than Anthropic for the sole purpose of generating your results.
